Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final.

Due To The Nature of Our Products, We Do Not Accept Exchanges Or Returns at ALL.

Your order MAY be exchanged if you did not receive the correct item you ordered. (example- You ordered 20" wig & received a 14".)

All hair products are not eligible for exchange or refund after USE. 

This includes:

1.) Your lace has already been cut.

2.) The bundles or tape ins have been installed.

3.) Lace has been ripped.

4.) Hair has been dyed.

5.) You have installed your hair product.

Exchanges are only limited to clothing products, & hair orders that DID NOT receive what they ordered. If this issue occurs, EMAIL us immediately to resolve the issue. orders@youngrichcollection.com

If you do not email us within 3 days of recieving your order, you are no longer eligible for exchange.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on Lash orders, hair orders, vendor orders & clothing orders. By placing an order on our site, you are agreeing to our policies.

Hair orders that have already been installed can not be refunded! There is nothing we can do once the lace has been cut.

We Have a Strict No Refund Policy Unless:

1.) Your order is placed & marked as medium or high risk for fraud.

2.) Your order has not been shipped within 4 weeks after your purchase date.

Please Note That All Lashes are 100% Handmade And There May Be Small Differences.

 

* We are not responsible for any packages that are misplaced, lost or damaged by shipping carriers. Once orders are shipped they are no longer in our hands. If an issue occurs, contact the shipping carrier to receive your package.*
