If you do not email usĀ within 2 daysĀ of receiving your order, you are no longer eligible for exchange.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on Lash orders, hairĀ  product orders, vendor orders & clothing orders.Ā By placing an order on our site, you are agreeing to our policies.

There is no refunds on vendor orders once the list has been sent. The Information should be in your email the same day your order was placed, or within 2 days.

1.) Your order is placed & marked as medium or high risk for fraud.

2.) Your order has not been shipped within 4 weeks after your purchase date.
